Terms and Conditions

Returns and Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we can no longer offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, notify us via email at Support@TheTowRopeCompany.com stating:

  • Your original order number, and
  • Your intention to return the item(s)

From the date we are notified, the item must be re-sealed and submitted either to USPS or UPS within 14 days. When you have obtained a package tracking number, you must provide the tracking number to us via email (replying to your original email will help keep things tidy!).

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

From the date we receive your return delivery, we will inspect the package contents within 7 days and determine whether a refund will be issued, based on the condition of the item(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. While item costs may be refunded, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as for obvious signs of use. In more extreme cases, where the item(s) have clearly been misused or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be issued to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, or contact your credit card company, depending on which method of payment you used to purchase the item(s). It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and have still not received your refund after the specified time, please contact us at Support@TheTowRopeCompany.com.

Damaged Items

If you receive an order that was damaged during shipment, please contact us at Support@TheTowRopeCompany.com. Provide a brief description of the damage along with one or more photographs showcasing the product damage. We will work with you to determine next steps.

Item Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for products on our website. To receive a different item than originally ordered, simply initiate a return of the item you received, then place a new order for the item you want.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you have already placed, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@TheTowRopeCompany.com. We will make a best effort to stop your order before it is shipped and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. However, if we have already submitted your package to a courier, we are no longer able to process your cancellation. In that case, please initiate a return after you have received the order, as described above.

Incorrect Orders

If the items you receive do not match the original purchase order, please contact us at Support@TheTowRopeCompany.com. We will work with you to determine next steps.
